Why people choose a nurse-led consultation
Sharon is an AHPRA-registered nurse.
Sharon listens to your goals, assesses your face and health history, and explains realistic options before any decision.
Hospital nursing and cosmetic surgery recovery experience underpin Sharon's focus on safety and aftercare.
See Sharon in the Beingwell building, in a shared clinical space alongside a cosmetic surgeon's practice.
Where a prescription is needed, an authorised prescriber must assess suitability. Sharon can explain the process at your consultation.
Sharon explains costs, benefits, risks and alternatives at your consultation, before you decide.
What you can discuss

Discuss forehead and frown lines with Sharon. She assesses facial movement and explains options, risks and costs. Suitability and results vary.

Sharon assesses skin quality and movement around your eyes, then discusses suitable options and realistic expectations, including skin-quality care.

Discuss changes in lip shape, volume or symmetry and whether an option may suit you. Adults only; ask about applicable waiting periods. No obligation to proceed.
"My goal is simple: to deliver gentle, tailored enhancements that allow your natural confidence to shine through."
Sharon Lee Kadrian founded SLK Aesthetics after a nursing career that took her from hospital wards and mental health nursing to supporting patients through cosmetic surgery recovery. That background shapes how she works now: careful assessment, clear explanations, and real attention to how you feel about the decision, not just how you look.
Her particular interest is the subtle softening of fine lines, and lip work that respects the proportions of your face. She will talk you through what each option involves, what it may and may not achieve for you, and what the risks are. If she doesn't think a treatment is right for you, she will say so.

How SLK works
At larger clinics you can see a different injector each visit. At SLK Aesthetics, the person who assesses you is the person who explains your options, the person you can call afterwards, and the person you'll see at every review. Sharon keeps her clinic to two days a week so each consultation has room to breathe.
SLK Aesthetics is inside the Beingwell building at 96–98 Market Street, beside the ALDI car-park ramp and a short walk from South Melbourne Market. Google Maps may show the address as Southbank.

You meet one-on-one with Sharon to discuss your concerns and health history. She assesses your face and explains options, realistic expectations, risks, costs and alternatives, including doing nothing. There is no charge and no obligation to proceed.
No. Sometimes the honest answer is that a treatment isn't right for you, that skin-quality care would help more, or that the change you're hoping for isn't achievable. Sharon would rather tell you that than sell you something you'll be unhappy with. Plenty of people leave a consultation with advice and nothing more.
Sharon assesses your concerns and health history during your consultation. Where an option requires a prescription, an authorised prescriber must assess suitability. Ask Sharon about the prescribing process and who is involved before deciding.
As a registered health practitioner, Sharon must follow AHPRA and TGA advertising rules. Those rules restrict publishing prices or before-and-after images for prescription-only cosmetic treatments. The cost of any option is explained clearly at your consultation, before you make any decision.
All cosmetic medical procedures carry risks, and results vary from person to person. Sharon goes through the specific risks for anything discussed: common, short-lived effects as well as rarer complications, and what aftercare and follow-up look like. You'll have time to ask questions and to think it over before deciding.
Consultations are for adults aged 18 and over. There is no obligation to proceed. Ask Sharon about any waiting period that applies to the option discussed, and take time to consider your decision.
